Ausangate 7 Lagunas – Full day hike
Tour Description
This magnificent hike is a one-day activity, where you can see several turquoise green lagoons (7 lagoons), through the Ausangate and Qayangates mountains. You have the opportunity to enjoy the wonder of the Andes, as well as the relaxing hot springs with a beautiful view of the mountains and the daily life of the Pacchanta community.
At 4:00 am pick up from your hotel heading to the town of Pacchanta. We will arrive at Tinke and rest. The tour through Tinke lasts approximately 45 minutes until we reach Pacchanta, where a delicious breakfast will be waiting for us. From this place we will begin to walk for a duration of five hours visiting the lakes of Azulcocha, Otorongo, Pucacocha, Alqacocha and Q'omercocha, we will also be able to appreciate the mountains Ausangate (6834 masl), Mariposa (5842 masl), Jampa (5500 masl), Pucapunta (5740 masl), Caracol (5625 masl), Tinke (5300 meters above sea level) and the entire Qayangate Mountain Range, we will also see birds, alpacas, llamas, many vizcachas and with luck even the Andean Condor. After doing a circuit, we will return to Pacchanta to enjoy the hot springs, ideal for relaxing the muscles of the body. After a buffet lunch. We will arrive in Cusco at approximately seven in the afternoon.
