Tour Description
Full-day Inkachiriasqa Lagoon is a high mountain adventure that takes you off the traditional routes to one of the region's hidden treasures. The tour includes a scenic drive to Limatambo, followed by a hike through remote Andean landscapes, until reaching the impressive Inkachiriasqa lagoon, a turquoise lake located at the foot of the Salkantay mountain range. During the hike, you will reach Waywakunka Pass, the highest point of the day, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of glaciers and majestic Andean mountains. At the end of the experience, you will return to Cusco in the afternoon.
Early! We pick you up from your hotel in Cusco around 4:30 a.m. to make the most of the day.
It is a moderate to demanding route, perfect for those who love the mountains and are already acclimatized. The view is worth it!

Day 1: Cusco - Qoyllor Village - Abra Waywakunka - Salkantay Viewpoint - Inkachiriasqa Lagoon - Cusco
4:00 am – 4:30 am approx. Pick up from your hotel at approximately 7:00 am. Breakfast in Limatambo 8:30 am approx. Arrival at Qollor Town approximately 10:00 am. Arrival Abra Waywakunka 11:50 am approx. Arrival at the Salkantay Viewpoint 12:15 pm approx. Inkachiriasqa Lagoon 1:00 pm approx. Return walking to Abra Waywakunka 2:30 pm approx. Lunch and return to Cusco 6:00 pm approx. Arrival in Cusco
